1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the DHIQUEST website and registrations for DHIQUEST challenges, including the Little Champs Learning Challenge.

DHIQUEST is a brand operated by Shodh Insights LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at TS-910, Sector 4, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), Haibatpur, Uttar Pradesh, 201318, India ("DHIQUEST", "we", "us").

By completing a registration and agreeing to these Terms at registration, the person registering ("you", the "parent") agrees to these Terms on their own behalf and on behalf of each child registered. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Definitions

  • Challenge: a DHIQUEST learning challenge. At present this is the Little Champs Learning Challenge.
  • Subject challenge: the challenge in one subject for one child.
  • Registration: a child's paid registration for one or more subject challenges.
  • Registration ID: the unique DHIQUEST identifier issued for each registered child after successful payment.
  • Opportunity: one of the scheduled slots in which a subject challenge can be taken within a challenge cycle.

3. Who may register

  1. A registration must be made by a parent or legal guardian of the child, or by a person authorised by them, who is at least 18 years old.
  2. The Little Champs Learning Challenge is for children studying in Nursery, LKG or UKG (approximately 3–6 years of age). You must select the level that matches the child's current class.
  3. Children must not register themselves.

4. Registration

  1. You must provide accurate and complete information. This includes the correct child name, city, state, level and subjects, and a working email address and mobile number for the parent.
  2. You may register one or more children in a single transaction. Each registered child receives a separate Registration ID.
  3. A registration is complete only after successful payment has been confirmed. Registration IDs are issued only for successfully paid registrations.
  4. Challenge information, confirmations, schedules, results and certificates are sent to the registered parent email. Please make sure it is correct and check it regularly.
  5. Registration for a challenge normally closes 15 days before the relevant challenge date. The applicable deadline will be communicated.
  6. A registration relates to the child named in it and cannot be transferred to another child.

5. Fees and payment

  1. The fee for the Little Champs Learning Challenge is ₹199 per subject.
  2. The All Subjects Combo is:
    • ₹499 for Nursery (Math, English and Phonics);
    • ₹599 for LKG and UKG (Math, English, Hindi and Phonics).
  3. If all available subjects are selected for a child, the applicable All Subjects Combo price is applied automatically.
  4. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price shown at checkout is the amount payable.
  5. Payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider. Its terms may also apply to your payment.
  6. We may change fees for future registrations. A change does not affect registrations already completed.
  7. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Referral codes

  1. A referral code from an approved school, teacher, educator or partner may be applied through a referral link or entered during registration.
  2. Referral codes are verified after payment. A code that is invalid, inactive or not approved will not be attributed.
  3. Using a referral code does not change the price.
  4. Referrers do not receive the parent's or the child's personal data because their code was used. See our Privacy Policy.

7. The challenge

  1. The challenge is conducted online. Each subject challenge has 30 questions, to be completed in 25 minutes. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, for a maximum score of 30. Questions use a mixture of age-appropriate formats designed around the child's level and subject.
  2. Different subject challenges may be scheduled on different dates and times. Schedules and access information are communicated to the registered parent.
  3. A camera is not required. The challenge can be taken on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. You are responsible for providing a suitable device and internet connection.
  4. A syllabus is provided for each available level and subject. Preparation books or resources are optional and not required to participate. If offered, they may be subject to separate terms.

8. Challenge opportunities and missed challenges

  1. DHIQUEST plans three challenge opportunities within each challenge cycle. Opportunities apply to each subject separately.
  2. If a child misses a scheduled opportunity for a subject, the child may take part in the next available opportunity for that subject without an additional registration fee.
  3. The third opportunity is the final opportunity under that registration. If it is also missed, a new registration is required to take part in a future challenge.
  4. A child who has completed a subject challenge may take part again to try to improve their score only with a new registration and payment of the applicable fee.

9. Conduct and parental assistance

  1. Parental help. Because participants are young, a parent may read or explain a question to the child where reasonably necessary. Parents should not provide answers or complete the challenge on the child's behalf, so that the result reflects the child's own learning.
  2. Challenge content. Challenge questions and content must not be recorded, copied, photographed, shared or published.
  3. Review of an attempt. If there is a concern about the integrity of an attempt, DHIQUEST will first review the circumstances. A concern alone does not invalidate an attempt, and opening a review does not by itself mean that any fee is forfeited.
  4. Outcome of a review. If, after review, DHIQUEST reasonably determines that a serious breach affected the integrity of an attempt, DHIQUEST may invalidate the affected attempt and withhold or cancel the corresponding result and certificate. Examples of a serious breach include:
    • answers being supplied to the child;
    • another person taking the challenge in place of the registered child;
    • deliberate manipulation of the attempt; and
    • unauthorised recording, copying or distribution of challenge questions.
  5. Replacement opportunity. Where the issue involved excessive assistance from an adult and the circumstances reasonably justify it, DHIQUEST may, at its discretion, offer one replacement opportunity for the affected subject without an additional registration fee. Where there has been serious or deliberate misuse, such as another person taking the challenge, or unauthorised copying, recording or distribution of challenge content, DHIQUEST may invalidate the affected attempt without offering a replacement opportunity.
  6. Fees. Where an attempt is invalidated following a confirmed serious breach, no refund is due solely because the result or certificate is withheld or cancelled, subject to applicable law.
  7. Asking us to reconsider. If you believe a decision under this section was made in error, please email support@dhiquest.in with the child's Registration ID and any information you would like us to consider. We will review the request and respond.

10. Technical issues

  1. If a verified problem with the DHIQUEST platform prevents a child from completing a subject challenge, DHIQUEST will review the case and, where appropriate, provide another opportunity to take the affected subject challenge without an additional registration fee.
  2. If the child's device or internet connection fails, the parent should contact support@dhiquest.in with the child's Registration ID and details of the issue. The case will be reviewed and the parent will be advised of the available next steps.

11. Results, achievement bands and certificates

  1. Each subject challenge is scored separately.
  2. Each subject score is recognised with an achievement band. Bands reflect the child's own performance and are not rankings. Any number of children can receive the same band.

  3. Every child who completes a subject challenge receives a digital certificate for that subject. It shows the child's name, level, subject, score, achievement band and the challenge name.
  4. Results and certificates are expected to be available approximately 10–11 days after the challenge. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  5. Requests to verify or replace a certificate can be made to support@dhiquest.in during the period for which we keep certificate records (see our Privacy Policy).

12. Intellectual property

The DHIQUEST name and logo, the website, challenges, questions, syllabus, certificates and all related content are owned by Shodh Insights LLP or its licensors. They may be used only for the child's personal, non-commercial participation and preparation. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

13. Privacy and communications

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We send necessary service communications by email. Marketing communications are sent only to parents who have separately opted in, and they can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Changes to a challenge and cancellation by DHIQUEST

  1. We may change challenge dates, times or arrangements where reasonably necessary. We will inform registered parents of changes.
  2. If a date or time changes but DHIQUEST can still provide an appropriate opportunity for the affected subject within the same challenge cycle, we will provide that revised or alternative opportunity. A change of this kind does not by itself give a right to a refund.
  3. If DHIQUEST cancels a registered subject challenge and cannot provide any alternative opportunity for that subject within the applicable challenge cycle, the parent may choose either:
    • to transfer the affected registration to the next available equivalent DHIQUEST challenge or opportunity, without any additional registration fee; or
    • to receive a refund for the affected subject challenge, calculated as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (including the rule for subjects purchased as part of an All Subjects Combo).

This section is subject to applicable law.

15. Disclaimer

The challenge is an educational activity intended to help children and parents understand the child's current learning. Results, achievement bands and certificates do not guarantee any academic outcome, admission or future performance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

16. Limitation of liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DHIQUEST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or connected with a registration or participation in a challenge.
  2. Where DHIQUEST's liability may lawfully be limited, DHIQUEST's aggregate liability arising from or connected with a particular registration will not exceed the total fees actually paid to DHIQUEST for that registration.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.

17. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet or power outages, or government action. Where such an event affects a challenge, we will inform registered parents and communicate the available arrangements.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, including any right you may have under consumer protection law to bring a complaint elsewhere, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

19. Grievances and contact

Grievances can be sent to the Grievance Officer – DHIQUEST / Shodh Insights LLP at support@dhiquest.in. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them as described in our Privacy Policy and Contact page.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top show the current version. A registration is governed by the version accepted at the time of registration, except where a change is required by law.
